Conditions of Play


Final numbers and a minimum deposit of two (2) green fees must be paid fourteen (14) clear working days prior to your event.

It is required that the Organiser will conduct the function in an orderly manner in compliance with PORTSEA GOLF CLUB regulations and ensure that all guests are circulated a copy of the PORTSEA GOLF CLUB Group Day Regulations (as Attached). These regulations will be strictly enforced and it is the Organisers responsibility to ensure that they are adhered to.

Organisers are financially responsible for any damage or injury sustained to our premises during the function. This includes any damage to EziGo Carts and Hire Equipment.
PORTSEA GOLF CLUB does not accept any responsibility for damage or loss of merchandise left on course or at facility prior to or after the function. Organisers should arrange their own insurance and/or security.

PORTSEA GOLF CLUB has full catering facilities. No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought in for consumption at the function by the Organiser or any of the Organiser's guests without prior approval of PORTSEA GOLF CLUB. Special needs can be catered for with advance notice.

All prices are current and subject to change without notice.
Payment is by credit card, cheque or cash.
